- We Take a Thorough Look — We’ll evaluate the areas of your home related to your concerns and document what we find with photos when appropriate.
- We Explain What We Find — Once we’ve completed the inspection, we’ll walk you through what we found and answer your questions.
- We Talk About Your Options — If work is needed, we’ll explain what we recommend and why. Sometimes that means a repair. Sometimes replacement makes more sense. And sometimes there isn’t anything that needs to be done right now.
